The design brief for Office O was to create a space with different working areas to accommodate different working needs. The floor plan mixes desks arranged in an open plan configuration and private cubicles to fit a variety of activities and requirements. The programme also includes a presidential office and private meeting room.

The initial concept was to work around the existing architecture elements -structure, ceiling and windows- leaving them exposed to showcase their beauty. The selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures revolved around the idea of a functional and relaxed environment but with a very stylish look.
